Compliance & AML Officer (Italian Speaking)

A leading FX Trading company based in Limassol, Cyprus are looking to recruit a 'Compliance & AML Officer (Italian Speaking)’.

The salary is up to €36k, dependant on experience.

You must have Compliance/AML experience within the Financial Industry and be native level Italian speaking to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC and other applicable rules and regulations.
• Assist with the design of the Internal practices, measures, procedures, and controls relevant to the prevention of Money Laundering and terrorist financing.
• Assist with the design and monitoring of AML policies and procedures of the company as required by the company’s regulator.
• Responding to Compliance inquiries.
• Assist with the preparation of required periodic reports as per the regulations.
• Assist with compliance aspects according to the local regulations and according to the company’s best practices.
• Assist corrective actions for compliance violations identified in reviews, audit, and exams.
• Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and ensure that needed changes are implemented in a timely manner, across the company.
• Meet monthly targets as specified by the Head of Legal and Compliance at the beginning of each month.

Requirements

• Previous Compliance/AML experience within the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of CySEC regulations, AML/Due diligence/KYC procedures.
• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and verbal).
