About the Role
A leading Securities company based in the US are looking to recruit a 'Prime Brokerage Sales Manager.'
The role is offering a basic salary and an extremely competitive commission package, dependant on experience and existing client portfolios.
This is a permanent role.
This organization has offices based in key locations across the US, but fully remote candidates will be considered.
You must have an existing Prime client base/sales book to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and oversee potential clients
- Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Colleagues
- Monitor Prime Broker activities and address arising issues
- Foster and enhance existing client relationships
- Develop a distinctive personal style complementing our current offerings
- Increase revenue through cross-selling initiatives (e.g., research, trading, etc.)
- Engage with industry vendors (fund administrators, accountants, etc.) and establish a referral network
- Contribute to building the organizations Prime brand in the investment community
Experience and Qualifications:
- Hold FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 57, 9/10 or equivalent certifications
- Accumulate 5+ years of experience in the Securities Industry
- Have 3+ years of experience in Prime Brokerage, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
