About the Role

A leading Securities company based in the US are looking to recruit a 'Cash Equity Sales Trader.'

The role is offering an extremely competitive commission package, dependant on experience and existing client portfolios.

This is a permanent role.

This organization has offices based in key locations across the US, but fully remote candidates will be considered.

You must have an existing cash equities client base/sales book to be considered for this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate, forge, and sustain connections with institutional clients and potential clients.
  • Reach out to investors daily, providing pertinent data and insights to aid in their investment endeavors.
  • Facilitate introductions between analysts and their counterparts, fostering and expanding these relationships.
  • Coordinate company roadshows for interactions with institutional investors.
  • Generate interest and secure attendance events.
  • Open new accounts, boost account votes, and capitalize on resources.
  • Keep management informed about any developments within the client base.
  • Present client reviews to the management team.
  • Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer interactions.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed and assigned.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA is desirable/preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of senior/producing-level equity sales experience is required.
  • FINRA Series 7/63 licenses are mandatory.
  • Possession of existing top-tier institutional and middle-market relationships.
